You should read these Terms and Conditions (Terms) before using Campus Cliq website (Website, Platform, Service). These Terms bind you in the event you access or use Campus Cliq. In case of your disagreement, you should stop using the site.
Campus Cliq is an online platform, which links the students to recognized colleges and campuses throughout India by offering access to academic and extracurricular activities, workshops, and competitions.
Campus Cliq is not the organizer of events, only the facilitator and information intermediary.
We, us, our – mean CAMPUS CLIQ LLP.
User – any student, college, institution, or visitor to the site.
Student – This term is used to refer to any registered person who wants to explore or enroll in events via Campus Cliq.
Campus or College – Institutions that post their events on Campus Cliq.
Event – Any competition, workshop, seminar or other activity that is posted on the Platform.
By using Campus Cliq you:
Be at least 16 years old and be able to enter into a legal contract.
Accept to give true, full, and up-to-date information.
Acceptance of the gathering and use of your data according to our Privacy Policy.
Campus Cliq is a mediator organization, which assists students in finding confirmed opportunities organized by colleges and institutions.
We never plan or coordinate any of the events posted on the platform.
We cross-check the basic information of any college before listing, but we do not assure of quality, authenticity, and success of any event.
We are not involved in the losses, cancellations, and disputes between students and campuses.
Use accurate and true details while registering.
Check all event terms, event fees and refund policies and then pay.
Do not post any fake information, spam, or offensive content.
Concur that Campus Cliq is not responsible in terms of cancellation or delay of events by the campuses.
Give real information regarding events and representatives.
Conduct all events as described in the listing.
Process student registration, payments and refunds in an open manner.
Avoid publishing false or fraudulent information.
You will not abuse the platform, post malware or disrupt the operation of the sites.
It is your duty to ensure that you keep your login information confidential.
Paid events can be registered by students using Campus Cliq payment gateway.
The sum is forwarded to the college or college representative to which he belongs.
will Campus Cliq will serve as a payment facilitator, but not the ultimate recipient.
Bank and payment gateway regulations apply to all the financial transactions.
Any refunds are subject to the policy of the college or the event organizer.
Campus Cliq does not refund and authorize money back in case it is not mentioned explicitly.
In cases where:
The event is not conducted in the campus, or
The pupil cannot attend because of justifiable causes,
The users can also submit a dispute on the support portal of Campus Cliq to have it reviewed.
Campus Cliq will interfere between the student and campus, but has no legal or financial obligation in terms of ultimate refund results.
Our objective is to ensure that Campus Cliq is operational at any time, although we cannot assure on the availability at all times and error free services.
Temporary limitation of access can be caused by maintenance, updates, or technical problems.
We can change, put on pause or cancel any of the aspects of the service as we see fit, without giving any notice.
Campus Cliq LLP is the owner of all content on the platform such as logos, text, graphics, and interface design.
No material can be copied, distributed or reproduced by users without a written permission.
The contents and details of events posted by campuses belong to them but they license with Campus Cliq with the non-exclusive and royalty-free right to display them on the platform.
Campus Cliq will be not liable to:
Any error in listing of events or information given by campuses.
Failure to fulfill, delay or cancellation of any event.
Technical failures, data wastage or failures.
Loss of money, non-monetary damages, or loss of reputation which is the result of using the platform.
The amount of money we owe in a given situation will be not more than the service fee (if any) which Campus Cliq was charged on the particular transaction.
Campus Cliq has the right to:
Block or cancel accounts that are in violation of these Terms or relevant laws.
Delete or prevent any kind of false, deceiving, or inappropriate content.
Block out users with fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
You also confirm that you will indemnify and hold harmless Campus Cliq , its workers and affiliates in regard to claims, damages or losses that result due to:
Your misuse of the website,
Violation of these Terms, or
Virtue of violation of rights of another party.
Campus Cliq can also update these Terms as it seems necessary to incorporate changes in the law or operation.
Further use of the platform subsequent to such modifications amounts to acceptance of the altered Terms.
