About the Event

CaseQuest is built for management students who want to go beyond textbooks and test their skills on actual HR challenges. Teams of 2 are put through 3 progressively demanding rounds where they must analyse complex human resource scenarios, present structured solutions, and defend their thinking in a Q&A round all within strict time limits.

The event bridges the gap between classroom theory and real-world HR practice, offering participants exposure to the kind of challenges that define careers in people management, organizational behaviour, and business strategy.

• Round 1 -1 minute 
• Round 2 -3 minutes 
• Round 3 -5 minutes
