Description
Face Painting Competition is an individual creative event where participants create designs using only the face as the canvas within a fixed time limit.
Rules:
- Only the face may be used as the canvas (no arms or hands)
- All materials must be brought by participants
- No stencils allowed; designs must be freehand
- Only safe and skin-friendly colours may be used
- Time duration: 60 minutes
- Judging will be based on:
