• Team of 2 members
  Rangoli size: 3×3 feet
  Maximum time: 150 minutes
  The topic will be given on the spot
  No paints allowed (Poster/Oil/Watercolors)
  No props allowed
  Participants must bring their own materials
  Open to students from all colleges
