SANKALP 2026 is the Annual Inter-Institutional Cultural and Management Fest organized by GL Bajaj Institute of Management & Research, Greater Noida. This year, the fest brings one of the most impactful stage events, Nukkad Natak, a Street Play Competition that gives student performers a raw, open platform to voice powerful social messages through theatre.

Rules & Guidelines

  • Only live music is permitted during the performance. Pre-recorded audio tracks are not permitted.
  • Use of offensive language and inappropriate gestures will lead to immediate disqualification.
  • Team size must be between 6 and 15 members.
  • Performance must be completed within the 10–15 minute time limit.
