As part of ITRANG ’26, The Annual Cultural Fest of DBIT, we proudly invite colleges to participate in SWADESHAM, a vibrant Inter-College Folk Dance Competition showcasing the rich cultural heritage of India

  📅 27th – 28th February 2026
  📍 DBIT (Adjacent to Sukhdev Vihar Metro Station)
  💃 Team Size: 8–16 participants (same college)
  ⏱️ Duration: 6 + 2 minutes
  💰 Registration Fee: ₹300 per team
   
• 🏆 Winner Prize: ₹1600
  🥈 Runner-up Prize: ₹800

Rules & Guidelines:

•  Only one folk dance form per team
   Bollywood & live music not allowed
   Props are allowed
   The music track must be submitted well in advance
   Vulgarity in any form is strictly prohibited
   Teams judged on rhythm, formation, synchronization, expression, costumes & overall impact
   The judge’s decision will be final
   No limit on the number of teams from a college
