Description
The person that shall cover the race in minimum time out of the whole group shall bedeclared the winner.
The time of a runner is recorded when the trunk of the body crosses the finish line.
If the No. of Athletes is more than 8 then the Heats will be conducted & the top 2 runners will be qualified for the Final 100m run.
There will be at least 15 minutes of gap in Last Heat & the Final 100m Run.
If any runner starts the run before the start command/Gunshot/Clapper, he/she would be disqualified & rest of the runners will again start the race after 5 minutes.
